Nick’s professionalism alongside his belief in young people’s ability to turn their life around means he gets results where others have tried and failed.
His ability to build relationships with young people through a grounded and fair approach is unparalleled, he is able to set clear and firm boundaries without young people feeling confronted resulting in a relationship which is respectful and in the young person’s world very influential.
