Students cut and clear way towards John Muir Award

Students from Ysgol Bro Gwaun and Milford Haven secondary schools had a day out of the classroom recently to learn new skills as part of achieving the Conserve challenge of the John Muir Award.
The students worked with staff from Newgale YMCA Outdoor Education Centre, as well as Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority rangers at Freshwater East in the south of the county and National Trust wardens on the Southwood Estate near Newgale.
