We have designed a choice of excellent transition programmes for students moving from primary to secondary school. The successful transition between primary and secondary school plays an enormous part in individual achievement and well being. We are here to help your students make the most of this new beginning either before they leave at Year 6 or as part of their Year 7 induction.
