Youth Groups: Transition Course
This course is designed to look at the individual skills required for a young person to successfully move from dependency at home to independency as an adult. The group will be expected to take responsibility for their own outcomes, set goals, action plan, communicate effectively and make positive choices with consequential thinking. Throughout the course learning will be facilitated by our highly experienced staff team making it relevant to every day life and the real challenges young people face in our society today.
